What is DSUM Function?

DSUM Function is classified under Excel Database functions.
The function help to calculate the sum of a specific field or column in a database for approved records based on user-categorized criteria.

DSUM ফাংশন এক্সেল ডাটাবেস ফাংশন অধীনে শ্রেণীবদ্ধ করা হয়.
ব্যবহারকারী-শ্রেণীবদ্ধ মানদণ্ডের উপর ভিত্তি করে নির্বাচিত রেকর্ডের জন্য একটি ডাটাবেসে একটি বিশেষভাবে ক্ষেত্র/কলামের যোগফল গণনা করার জন্য ফাংশন ব্যবহার করা হয়.

1. Database (required criteria) – This is the range of cells wherein the first row of the database decides the field names.
2. Field (required criteria) – This is the column within the database that will be summed.
Field can be a field name that is the header provide at the top row such as Area, Sales, etc., or can be a number.
3. Criteria (required criteria) – This is a range of cells that contains the criteria decided by us.
We can use any range for the criteria, as long as it includes at least one column label and at least one cell below the column label in which the condition for the column is decided.

এটি গণনার মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে যে রেকর্ড নির্ধারণ. আমরা মানদণ্ডের জন্য যেকোনো পরিসর ব্যবহার করতে পারি,
যতক্ষণ না এতে অন্তত একটি কলাম লেবেল এবং কলাম লেবেলের নিচে অন্তত একটি কক্ষ অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে যেখানে কলামের শর্ত নির্ধারণ করা হয়।

but it is proper to not place the criteria range under the list.
we add more news to the list, the new information is added to the 1st row under the list.
